– Sales & Marketing Associate

Ora Partners is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Associate. This role is critical in supporting both the commercial and marketing functions of the business, assisting with content creation, digital outreach, and direct client engagement alongside the Business Development Manager (BDM). The ideal candidate is creative, organised, and comfortable navigating between sales support and brand development initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development Manager in responding to client enquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating follow-up communications.
  • Assist with onboarding new prospects and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Manage Ora’s website backend via WordPress, including updates to service pages, news items, and forms.
  • Plan, create, and publish content for Ora’s social media platforms aligned with monthly calendars and campaign objectives.
  • Assist with the creation and production of short-form videos and branded media.
  • Maintain CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and client data.
  • Generate basic reports and insights on social media and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with external designers, videographers, and agencies to maintain cohesive brand execution.

  • Interest in digital tools, trends, and creative problem-solving.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team, but confident managing independent responsibilities.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a marketing, sales, or business development support role.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with WordPress or similar website content management systems.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Prior use of LLM tools such as ChatGPT or similar for content drafting, automation, or marketing ideation.
  • Comfortable with short-form video tools and AI-assisted content creation (e.g. HeyGen).
  • Exposure to the fiduciary, financial services, or professional services sector is a plus.
