A Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and Fellow of Governance New Zealand, Henry helps businesses scale and transform by staying sharply focused on customer-
driven strategy.

Phil is Chair of Partners at Hamilton Locke New Zealand, with a broad practice spanning dispute resolution, corporate advisory, and commercial property. He is regularly involved in complex litigation, often alongside leading barristers, with recent work including major property disputes, regulatory matters, and shareholder actions. Beyond his legal practice, Phil is an experienced director and trustee with deep roots in governance, having co-founded Anderson Creagh Lai and served on the managing board of a major Australasian law firm for many years. He also supports a range of community organisations through pro-bono work and voluntary leadership.

Formerly a director responsible for financial reporting, she brings deep cultural insight and a strong commitment to Cook Islands traditions, ensuring the company’s operations remain respectful and aligned with community principles.

Julian is the Business Development Manager at Ora Partners, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and market expansion. Originally from Rancho Santa Fe, California, Julian has deep insight into the expectations of US-based ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI). Prior to joining Ora, he led his own marketing and media firm for 11 years, showcasing his entrepreneurial and leadership skills. At Ora, Julian focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client-centric strategies, and ensuring all initiatives align with regulatory standards while driving sustained growth and strong relationships.
