Tai, with over 25 years of experience in the Cook Islands financial services and trustee company sector, Tai has been the cornerstone of sophisticated cross-border wealth structuring for high-net-worth individuals and families worldwide. Her solutions-oriented approach and trusted judgment have made her a valued advisor to attorneys and wealth planners globally, who regularly seek her unique expertise. Rhys is a senior executive at Ora Partners with more than two decades of leadership in global financial services. He has held senior roles including Managing Director at Cooper Investors and COO at Bank of America and Talaria Capital. At Bank of America, he led the Global Markets division for Australia and South East Asia, delivering transformative programs across trading, risk, and technology teams. Known for his strategic insight, regulatory expertise, and collaborative leadership style, Rhys drives operational integrity and sustainable growth in complex financial environments.

Henry is the co-founder of Faraday, a firm specialising in high-performance advisory boards for growing enterprises. A seasoned board chair, non-executive director, and former CEO, he brings deep cross-sector experience spanning financial services, tech, health and safety, and more. A Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and Fellow of Governance New Zealand, Henry helps businesses scale and transform by staying sharply focused on customer-
driven strategy.

Phil is Chair of Partners at Hamilton Locke New Zealand, with a broad practice spanning dispute resolution, corporate advisory, and commercial property. He is regularly involved in complex litigation, often alongside leading barristers, with recent work including major property disputes, regulatory matters, and shareholder actions. Beyond his legal practice, Phil is an experienced director and trustee with deep roots in governance, having co-founded Anderson Creagh Lai and served on the managing board of a major Australasian law firm for many years. He also supports a range of community organisations through pro-bono work and voluntary leadership.

Tuaine Marsters is a Barrister and Solicitor admitted in the Cook Islands with over 20 years of experience in the trustee company sector. As Values and Protocol Director, she leads the integration of core values across the business and advises leadership on ethics and protocols. Formerly a director responsible for financial reporting, she brings deep cultural insight and a strong commitment to Cook Islands traditions, ensuring the company’s operations remain respectful and aligned with community principles.

David joined Ora Partners in 2024, bringing over 20 years of expertise in banking, corporate finance, and organizational leadership. Formerly the Country Head of BSP Financial Group Cook Islands, David has a proven track record in mentoring, operational structuring, and driving strategic outcomes. At Ora, he leads initiatives that enhance compliance and regulatory alignment, ensuring the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct. His strength in optimizing operations and navigating complex financial landscapes makes him a key contributor to the firm’s efficiency, growth, and continued success.

Julian Zeman leads the delivery of tailored structures and services for international private clients, families, and fiduciaries. With a background in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-border business development, he works closely with clients and advisers to craft compliant, practical solutions aligned with each client’s goals. Originally from Rancho Santa Fe, California, Julian brings a deep understanding of the expectations of US-based ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
